Hem welding with the Uniplan |
UNIPLAN Hem Welding Machine Start with exchanging the pressure belt.
Then, loosen and remove the belt pressure system.
After removing the pressure belt system, you do the same with the guide
roller lever.
Now you can screw off the hub retaining sheet
and loosen the locking screw which fixes the dowel pin.
Loosen the locking screw until you can easily remove the dowel pin.
After removing the dowel pin, you can take away the guide roller,
and replace the roller set.
Then, re-fix the dowel pin and make sure that the milled surface lies where
the locking screw makes contact.
Insert the dowel pin again and secure it with the locking pin.
Now put the hem guide onto the undercarriage,
and fix it with the two screw, which hold the hubs of the retaining sheet.
Finally, fix the additional weight according to the operating manual of the
UNIPLAN and start welding.
