Thermocutters

Thermocutters easily and efficiently cut a wide range of materials from Thermoplastics to synthetic fabrics. The tools electrically heated blade is designed to provide easy and effortless cutting.  Two models are available; the model ZTS-20 is a small, hand-held tool designed for non-continuous cutting, the heavy duty model ZTS-24 is a continuous duty tool. Both thermocutters feature adjustable temperature control settings that provide precise temperatures required for the material you are cutting. Ideal for degating and trimming applications, unmatched in cutting foam, and cuts and seals the edges on synthetic fabrics with a minimum of smoke and no burned edges.  Thermocutters are especially good for white fabrics where burned edges would detract from the finished product. Thermocutters are excellent for cutting webbing, vinyl, ropes, cords, ribbon, etc.
