Our heat trays are designed to provide even heat (up to 800 degrees) across the width of the tray – the recessed heating element never comes in contact with your plastic – the result is perfect bends every time! Heat trays are ideal for Acrylics, ABS, Polypropylene, Polyethylene, Polycarbonate, Polystyrene and many more materials. Designed for straight line bends or folds – trays heat material up to ½” thick. Heat trays can be directly plugged into power outlets – If you require temperature control this is easily done with the AEC-15 power controller. When your application requires multiple bends you can purchase multiple heat trays and build your own system or you can order the complete heating system.
